Cannot login to customer login area

In order to login to the customer login area, you need to have your emailaddress and license which you should have received if you downloaded the trial, or if you registered your license.

Sometimes users of AOL has had problems to login, if this is the case then please try to login with another Web-browser such as Firefox or Opera and see if that helps.

Another problem that may occur is if the login-session timeouts, if you get permission problems, please clear your webbrowser-cache and cookies in order to get it to work. This
should only be temporary due to the newly published website. Once you have done this, it
should work as normal.
